Carol Ward is Lisa Kimmel's boss during Season Two and Season Three. She is neurotic, self-involved and unstable which proves incompatible with Lisa's newfound role as wife and mother and her continuous demands lead to Lisa quitting her job.
She is seen again in a videotape of Nate and Lisa's wedding where she expresses her views on relationships and marriage.
